Job Profile Summary
This role is responsible for leading the business analysis and quality assurance activities in accordance with solution development
methodology and supporting IT projects. Analysts III manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring
tasks assignment and completion; create and maintain project artifacts, and ensure appropriate definition and execution of user acceptance
testing. They liaison with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve the projected outcomes when troubleshooting issues,
implementing new systems, and upgrading existing systems while holding accountability for the end-to-end implementation. They provide
coaching & guidance to Analysts I & Analysts II in executing their tasks & responsibilities.

- Participates as a leading member to complete assigned development and improvement projects in a timely, quality manner
- Provides experienced services including defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems to meet client’s needs
- Ensures end-to-end implementation and realization of the use of a variety of IT solutions by working with staff, contractors, and vendors
- Establishes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction
- Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options
- Provides support & guidance to Analysts I/II in executing their responsibilities
- Oversees development, writing, and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
- Creates & maintains various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions
- Lead engagements as a senior team member for solutions practice and ensures timely resolution of issues that arise from translation of requirements
- Reviews analysis of customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements
- Supports in review and approves test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk

Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations. Preferred Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Lean Six Sigma ITIL, ITSM Certifications

What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Pharmacology, or related field.
- 2-4 Years of operations, or supply chain, experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in managing operational incidents and resolution processes.
- Experience developing and improving business processes.
- Excellent oral and presentation skills, ability to work at all levels in the business internally and externally.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services and products
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
