About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst III to join our Collection Support Team. This position will be based in Coyol, Costa Rica, and will operate on a hybrid mode. The Analyst III will report to the Supervisor of the Collection Support Team and will be responsible for supporting activities for the Credit and Collection team based in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer account reconciliation.
- Send copies of missing invoices.
- Issue reminder letters to customers.
- Manage order releases in SAP.
- Handle other non-customer facing activities as required.
