An Analyst on the IKC Clinical Programs team will join the broader Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team to provide value-based care support with a goal of increasing patient engagement, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. Our team works to support multiple payor partnerships and health system partnerships with a focus on value -based care within the chronic disease space.
The analyst will work to support implementation and relationship management, asses partner collaboration pilots, and understand overall performance tracking to ensure cross-functional collaboration across many lanes. It will be a highly visible role, working closely with executive leadership within DaVita and our external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ healthcare experience preferred, understanding of value-based care and/or shared risk partnerships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care partnerships
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as account support for large and strategic accounts while delivering service excellence
  • Coordinate and arrange communication for account leads for regional and strategic accounts
  • Tracking reporting and presentation requests between internal teams and external partners
  • Providing regular, efficient communication to team leadership and other stakeholders
  • Partnering with operational, clinical, actuarial, finance, and IT teams to proactively coordinate process/project meetings, keeping detailed updates on status items
