POSITION OVERVIEW

The Analyst of StepStone Group Real Assets LP ("SIRA") in Sydney will be responsible for providing analytical, modeling, research and other associated support to SIRA’s local and international team in supporting clients with investments in infrastructure and associated real asset sectors globally.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 to 3 years of experience at an investment bank, project finance firm, professional services firm, investment manager, Limited Partner, or in associated fields
• A Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or higher) ideally in a related field such as Business, Finance, Engineering or Economics

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Acute attention to accuracy and detail
• Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
