REQUIREMENTS

  • You have completed a Master’s Degree course from a leading engineering / business school or university.
  • You have previously worked (full-time or internships) in a leading financial institution, audit company or advisory firm. Exposure to project finance would be a plus.
  • You have strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as demonstrated financial modelling skills.
  • You are fluent in English (german and another European language would be a plus).
  • You are flexible, open-minded and an enthusiastic team player with an international mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Transactors in the preliminary appraisal of new opportunities with ad-hoc analysis (KPIs calculations, market research, etc.).
  • Thorough assessment of financial models prepared by clients and advisors with the view to compile adequate sensitivities analysis. In specific situations, creation of financial models from scratch.
  • Review of the due-diligence reports made available for a transaction to support the Senior Transactors in their structuring efforts as well as in the preparation of the relevant credit papers.
  • Ongoing support in the monitoring of closed transactions as well as in the management of the various internal databases.
