Job Description
To provide insights which enable a positive workforce experience by researching key trends within the organisation and externally; providing feedback that allows the Learning CoE to proactively manage and engage employees within the area of work, within a transformed environment. To analyse and integrate data, submitting reports that can help business and CoE leaders shape decisions and enable a digitally driven CoE strategy and philosophy.
Qualifications
A degree in IT - Computer Science, Informatics, IT Systems or Information Management \ or a degree in Data Science \ or a degree in Applied Mathematics.

EXPERIENCE:

3-4 years Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialization. Experience reflected in a track record which demonstrates an excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution).
Experience with databases and information system technologies (SQL, MySQL).
Experience in AWS or Azure.
Experience in the MS Power Platform
Experience in Data Analysis.
Additional Information

Analyses monthly utilization, adoption, and engagement data and identify various metrics to understand and report on emerging trends across multiple variables to inform integrated data/insights driven decision making.
Confirm the integrity of data collated, assessing systems used and reports received to ensure the quality of information gathered and generated meets the required standards.
Develop and support reporting processes by providing insights which inform decision making.
Engage with all sub-business areas within Real Estate Services to ensure that reports are generated and can be reviewed for improvement and optimisation of all RES functions, whilst ensuring that all records have been stored appropriately and are in adherence with the relevant legal requirements.
Identify opportunities, approaches and solutions using leading technologies to recommend fit for purpose and personalised Real Estate solutions, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
