MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline, or other professional related qualification(s) (CPA, CFA, enrollment in the CRM or CIP Programs).
- At least 2 - 5 years of related work experience.
- Preferably worked within a Treasury, Finance, or Insurance function.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines during peak periods.
- Ability to interact effectively, including strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To assist with the Kinross global insurance program and loss prevention activities while ensuring continuous improvement in areas relating to insurance and risk management.
To also perform treasury activities related to financial assurance, banking and cash management, and supporting various aspects of the sales and inventory process.
To provide recommendations for improvements of business processes.
