IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for Strategy & Analytics interns in the following teams: Fulfillment, Distribution, Commercial, Customer Growth, and Expansion. Curious to find out in which analytics team you’d be the perfect fit? Keep reading and let’s discover that together!
You’ll work closely not only with colleagues in our office in Germany, but also with our colleagues from the Amsterdam and Paris offices. You’ll have a mentor who will be supporting you during your whole Picnic journey, standing ready for any personal or professional challenges coming your way! You’ll also get plenty of opportunities to create impact yourself and pick up initiatives from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Enable operational excellence by approaching challenges with a data-driven and analytical mindset
- Build and optimize models for process improvements
- Communicate effectively with different teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions
- About you
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in a quantitative field of study, such as in Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
- You are fluent in both verbal and written English; German is a plus
- You are available for at least 3-6 months for a thesis or regular internship
- You have an EU working permit and you are currently enrolled in an university program
