Description:
As an Analyst, Investment Solutions Performance, you will contribute to multiple analysis on products such as mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and model portfolios offered by Desjardins Group to its members and clients, focusing on commercial performance in relation to the Canadian industry. Your role is to support the product specialists and act as first-line of support to the business development teams. To do so, you have specific knowledge of the mutual fund and exchange-traded fund industries, as well as products and you are recognized for your ability to manage complexity. You have a keen eye for detail and want to improve your communication skills and fund performance analysis skills and have an interest to eventually become a product specialist. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Create and update performance reports, product presentations, competitive intelligence, and other product-related documentation
- Participate and support product specialists in monitoring the commercial performance of solutions, and share findings on the performance of solutions and those of competing solutions
- Update solutions comparison universes on a regular basis in accordance
- with the procedure recommended for selecting and maintaining them
- Work in collaboration with the business development team and national accounts by representing manufacturing to respond to any information request from internal and external network representatives
- Provide support to organizational units and various stakeholders on certain aspects of investment solutions performance management
- Participate in the preparation and proposal of action plans likely to encourage the correction of situations encountered, in accordance with generally recognized guidelines and rules in terms of performance management.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and investment solution products
