WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work within our Finalta Banking team as part of our Global Banking practice based out of our Lisbon offices.
Building on twenty years’ experience working with leading banks and insurers, Finalta combines performance benchmark data and best-practice knowledge from 300 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.
Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement.
Our best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis in a financial services environment (specifically banking/insurance), strategy or consultancy roles
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to manage time to produce high quality work to deadlines
• Great interpersonal communications and client-management skills
• Fluency in English & Italian is mandatory
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus

You will work within a project team to ensure quality of data analysis for your portfolio of studies. You’ll be able to start building domain expertise to support the enhancement of our benchmarks by generating actionable insights and recommendations to your clients.
In this role you will deliver high level of data accuracy with less iterations as you develop within the role, you’ll build trusted relationships with your clients through data validation and content expertise and you’ll independently use our Finalta assets.
You’ll be working within your specialized project team (e.g. language-specify delivery or business unit), having the opportunity of interacting with other teams covering our banking clients.
You’ll work on two study cycles per year, thus allowing you to become an expert in the clients, benchmarking subjects and markets you’re covering.
