JOB SUMMARY
We seek a self-starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to join our family office as an Analyst. The Analyst will actively be involved and work across our various workstreams, including venture capital, Real Estate, Agriculture, Oil and Gas, and Financial Services. The ideal candidate will analyze financial opportunities, manage existing assets, work with partners to identify new investment opportunities, and develop new business lines. This role requires a solid financial analysis, asset management, and business development foundation. The main objective of this role is to bring real and sustained value to the firm and our portfolio companies. As an Analyst, you will gain significant exposure to all aspects of private company investing within a small team. The role necessitates a strong sense of self-motivation and quantitative skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a highly rated university, with at least a second-class upper division or higher.
- A strong passion for investing, building, and operating businesses. This is not simply an investing role! It requires significant operational support
- 2-4 years experience as an Analyst.
- Background in financial services, consulting, etc.
- A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation to work autonomously
- Limitless curiosity about business models and understanding of how companies make money
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the deal documentation process
- Organize meetings and summarize call notes
- Assist employees with first-level AV and conference call setup
