We are looking for graduates to join our London-based graduate program in September 2025. Within this program you will rotate across several practices over the course of the two years to gain exposure to the different businesses and segments as well as to senior talent within NMG. This will include undertaking projects within our Strategy Consulting business and Global Insights Practice, which conducts more than 50 studies per year, across every major financial services market globally You will obtain extensive market knowledge, along with experience in project planning and execution across a variety of client engagements.

We have a strong emphasis on technical expertise: most of our consultants have graduate and professional qualifications in actuarial, finance, economics, or accountancy. Work experience in the sector is preferred, but not essential.

• End-to-end project management and execution (including market coverage, executive interview management with industry decision makers, proprietary data analytics and insights development, presentation, and client request deliverable)
• Engage with NMG representatives within the United Kingdom (and globally) to learn methodologies

Competencies, Qualifications & Experience

• Recent relevant Tertiary qualification; maths, sciences, commerce or economics preferrable (not essential) with demonstrable numerical and logical skills
• Work experience in Financial Services (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proven analytical skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated to learn and contribute to a global team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
