Job Summary
We are very excited to welcome a new English Speaking HR Analyst to our team!
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Job description:

  • Manage inbound queries via Ticket Service System from IFF employees
  • Leverage knowledge base to provide consistent customer service and solutions to employee/manager inquiries
  • Educate employees and managers on HR resources available to them and encourage the use of self-service tools
  • Redirect/escalate inquiries as appropriate within HR SS (Specialized Services, Service Excellence), HR (HRBPs, Field HR, COEs) or outside of HR (Payroll)
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS systems (employee lifecycle changes)
  • Create, keep up to date employee documentation (personnel file creation, retention)
  • Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information
  • Relay opportunities for improvement of daily processes and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives
  • Support peers with problem resolution and effective use of knowledge tools

Requirements:

In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.

  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed in handling confidential HR information
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, typing proficiency is required
  • Experience in an HR department or customer contact center is an advantage
  • Experience with HR systems and understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits is preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry with high volume of enquiries
