In this role, you will collaborate with all QIC Real Estate teams to provide essential data analysis and strategic advice, ensuring the alignment and delivery of investment performance analysis at both asset and fund levels. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal management and investor reporting.
Although this is a full-time position, we are committed to maintaining a flexible work environment, so we encourage you to tell us what works for you.

  • Asset Planning & Management: Monitor projects against capital management requirements, report funding status, and provide strategic advice for budget adherence. Coordinate regular asset planning, budget cycles, and production of investment performance statistics.
  • Technology: Utilise QIC-approved technology solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI) to develop and maintain models for data collection and reporting.
