The opportunity: We are looking for someone to work with a team that supports all associated quantitative analysis, investor reporting and communications for BGO’s Canadian investment vehicles. The Analyst will work extensively with and support members of these portfolio management teams. In addition, the Analyst will interact with members of BGO’s asset management, investments and capital raising teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various analysis required to support regular report generation (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) and support processes to do so.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, responses to investor Requests for Proposals, and periodic ad hoc reports and analysis requested by investors and their consultants.
  • Assist in various analysis and reports required for the launch of new products; tracking of competitive fund universes; and development of comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
  • Performance measurement, including detailed return, attribution, risk, valuation and income analysis for funds and investor portfolios.
  • Portfolio-level analysis, including property type and geographic diversification, gross revenue by tenant and industry, lease maturity schedules and leverage analysis.
  • Support ongoing data management initiatives in order to drive process improvements across the team.
