The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Analyst – POS, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Channel partners data analysis
  • Monitor transmissions of data from channel partners and notify channel partners when data are late or incomplete. Escalate delinquencies.
  • Compare total sales business reported by channel partners to direct sales from 3M to the channel partner. Analyse differences to identify incomplete, insufficient, or inaccurate sales data.
  • Use point of sales software to match customer names reported in sales data to customers in 3M’s Customer Master. Coordinate with Master Data when new customers are identified.
  • Use software to harmonize prices and unit of measures.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an accredited University/ College
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience (Sales, Reporting, Finance, Customer)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at a B2 level.
  • Nice to have experience working with specific system (SAP, Vistex)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
