Job Description
The intake analyst is responsible for supporting the Intake Solutions Lead in managing the intake and initial review of new ideas and solutions using the Jira Align Ideation tool. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that the ideation process runs smoothly and effectively. The support specialist will be instrumental in the coordination and organisation of ideation meetings, maintaining documentation, reporting and communicating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the Intake Solutions Managers in managing the intake of new ideas and development requests using the Jira Align Ideation tool.
  • Complete data quality reviews on product development intake requests.
  • Collaborate with the Idea originator and regional stakeholders to fully scope development requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and updates to process guides.
  • Coordinate intake review meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Aid in the coordination of the Quarterly Execution Planning process.
  • Prepare and provide regular reporting on the ideation tool and product backlog.
  • Support in encouraging the submission of new ideas from stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support intake idea reviews with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by development planning activities.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with senior management and stakeholders on intake idea status, issues, and risks.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a project/product management or a related support role.
  • Experience with Jira Align Ideation tool or similar ideation management tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with PowerBi or similar end user reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Good project management and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
