Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst to support our 1st Line risk management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a talent for administrative tasks. You will play a key role in further developing and maintaining our risk management infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Risk Policies and Procedures: Help implement risk policies and procedures to minimize exposure and ensure proper controls are in place.
Data Analysis: Provide data analysis support across various risk areas, helping the team leverage data to understand risk and comply with regulations.
Support Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with different departments to help achieve risk management goals and implement policies and procedures.
Risk & Control Process Management: Assist in developing and managing effective risk processes, ensuring good practices are followed and all processes are documented, reviewed, and updated regularly.
Reporting: Help prepare external and internal reports including management dashboard and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Risk tooling Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating risk registers, coordinating access, and generating reports.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and map data and provide actionable insights (1-3 years of experience)
Understanding of risk management principles and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
