THE OPPORTUNITY

Picton Mahoney Asset Management is currently seeking a motivated and eager Sales Intelligence Analyst to support our Sales Operations and Service Delivery team as the firm navigates through a period of exponential growth. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations and Service Delivery, this individual will analyze sales data and offer business intelligence insights to enhance sales performance and drive key business decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales methodology, paired with experience leveraging data analysis tools.

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Financial services or investments industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns using business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Develop reports and presentations and communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement data-driven strategies that optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability for strategic decision-making.
