Description:

The Sales Operations Support -Salesforce role sits at a corporate level and has a key role in supporting the Forterro Enterprise Unification initiative. The role is responsible for user training and engagement, adoption and documentation of best practice, providing a single source of the truth via BI reporting and dashboards within Salesforce. In this role you will collaborate closely in verbal and in written communications, with business stakeholders across all regions, IT leadership, and external partners.
Responsibilities

Provide full Salesforce Project support from UAT to Production

  • Take a leading role as SME for BU data ETL (export, transform, load)
  • Lead functional UAT for onboarding business lines.
  • Orchestrate data UAT testing for onboarding business lines.
  • Train UAT users, and track progress against plan
  • Perform extensive regression testing with/on behalf of BUs when new businesses/new functionality is implemented.
  • Adopt a leading role in case management, performing triage, user support and assignment to the technical development teams.
  • Represent the user community in project backlog reviews, working closely with internal and external development teams to help translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • SME for new and existing user support & training to the Forterro standard
  • Provide License control via joiner mover leaver process.
  • Drive Salesforce data hygiene and governance from a corporate level.
  • Consulting with Regional Rev Ops to dedupe records, performing audits against best practice and tracking remediation.
  • Document and communicate data hygiene best practice to users.
  • Provide data inspection and analysis to support Sales Managers (Supplementary to Rev Ops in region)
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of quick reference guides and self-serve material
  • Creation and maintenance of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards from a corporate level including
  • UAT performance dashboards
  • Corporate, Regional and BU MI & financial reports
  • Lead to Cash dashboards
  • OTC dashboards

    • User adoption dashboardsResponsible for LinkedIn Sales Navigator License control via joiner mover leaver processProvide inspection and analysis via LinkedIn Sales Navigator Utilisation reporting.
  • Support Sales enablement activities aligned to Salesforce.
  • Project support integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, and enterprise solutions.
