We are seeking an Analyst to facilitate, track, report and maintain Work Orders with Indigenous businesses throughout Enbridge, primarily as it relates to economic opportunities afforded to Indigenous community businesses and partnerships within Canada and the US.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Request For Proposal (RFP) evaluations, engages with Indigenous communities from an economic perspective, and act as a liaison with Project execution teams and Liquid Pipeline (LP) and Gas Transmission and Midstream (GTM) Projects and Operations.
- Efficiently support the SCM Indigenous Engagement team in vendor prequalification based on Enbridge’s safety, quality, financial, and technical components (including new vendor set-ups, pre-qualification requests and tracking, ISNetworld review, and facilitation, etc.).
- Assist in coordination of RFP proposal review. Data mining, analytics, crafting pivot tables, charts and communicating reports to multiple Enbridge teams.
- Coordinate placing Work Orders with Indigenous businesses. Support contract amendments and commercial disputes.
- Complete contracting processes, ensuring conformance with Company governance, legal and audit requirements, applying policies and industry standard methodologies.
- Coordinate reporting towards external ESG goals and tracking the Socio-Economic Plans submitted by Contractors.
- Assist with problem solving and with reporting, monitoring, and analysis of Indigenous spend activities as advised.
- Support the invoice payment process to support on time Invoice payment to Indigenous suppliers.
- Maintain current Indigenous supplier databases and assist with tracking contractor performance.
- Improve Indigenous spend reporting and ensure suppliers understand and use the form.
