Analyst/Senior Analyst - Solutions

This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions team the primary responsibility would involve conceptualization and implementation of FinTech products to solve problems or improve efficiency of clients and internal teams. The incumbent will be expected to take lead on client projects assigned to her/him, working directly with top investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. This role is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a steep learning curve in evolving landscape of structured credit. The candidate will be exposed to various asset classes and will be required to understand the deal structure, designing product wireframes and implement solutions along with the Oxane tech team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET:

• Post-Graduate/Graduate with a B.E. /B. Tech in Comp Sc./IT/ENTC or having a prior experience with designing/developing technological solutions/software. Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts; exposure to Transact-SQL, SSMS etc.
• Experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation using Alteryx designer
• Experience in Alteryx server and extensive knowledge of Formula tool is good to have
• Keen interest and appreciation of technology with relevant work experience. Prior development/IT experience would be an added advantage
• Experience in the field of Data Warehouse development would be an added advantage
• Experience with the API implementation would be an added advantage
• Familiar with Data lakes, ETL processes, Data lineage, and Software Development Lifecycle Management is a plus
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel, Macros
• Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter personality and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• End-to End responsibility of designing and implementing web-based software solutions with the help of Oxane’s Tech Team
• Assist the client in their specific needs for ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting
• Act as Business analyst for Platform features, client changes and issues working closely with the development team
• Act as a part of the innovation team, working on the conceptualization and implementation of innovative tech-based solutions for clients and internal processes
• Establishing enterprise-scale data governance models including data lineage, defining an enterprise data model, and building the enterprise data lake strategy
• Gain an understanding of the product requirements and develop automation solutions to reduce manual efforts in day-to-day operations across Teams
