Analyst (Seragoon/12 Months)

• To support in upgrading and implementation of New Enterprise Resource Planning System and support SME for Manufacturing Process to achieve defined First Pass Yield, Productivity and Target Throughput
• Learn the existing system functions/features and Gather feedbacks from stakeholders.
• Work out the discussions with both internal and external parties and map out the requirements details.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and ensure the systems integration works smoothly.
• Perform Verification & Testing before implementation and ensure the new system meets business requirements and goals.
• Identify and document the change requests accordingly to fulfil the business needs.
• Provide ongoing supports before the system go live.
• Document out the new procedures and train to the respective parties on update-to-date process flows.
• Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.Responsible and track to ensure that project requirements are delivered as per timeline.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry and system management are advantageous
• A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal & written communication skills, a positive attitude, an open mindset and a team-oriented individual.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work.
• Self-driven with ability to multi-task and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
