YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ambition to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development
- Advanced degree in management, engineering, economics or other discipline with a quantitative focus
- Initial experience in energy, distributed generation, new downstream, are a plus
- Comfortable with excel modeling; data analytics/coding knowledge is a plus
