ANALYST, SPECIAL PROJECTS INTERN

Reporting to the Special Projects Team, the Analyst will support the execution, assistance, and management of digital projects. You will collaborate with the Special Projects Advisors and Director to manage multiple initiatives across various digital platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University or post-secondary education in Business or Computer Science (Preferred)
  • A technology-driven individual who can quickly master working in the backend of systems.
  • Recent graduates or students passionate about technology are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Content Management Systems, and Microsoft 365 (Preferred)
  • Ability to assist with general digital questions and contribute strategic thinking to projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing digital projects for internal platforms.
  • Provide technical support for content management, learning management, and coaching systems.
  • Help executives with digital solutions and general technical inquiries.
  • Worked in the backend of software systems to ensure efficient software operations and provided administrative support for those systems.
  • Collaborate on strategic digital initiatives and provide insight into big-picture solutions.
