It is an exciting time to join the team, as we work with new ministers and their teams and our colleagues across NHS England to set out our plans for the health and care system of the future.
We are responsible for the development of the strategy for a digital, data and technology enabled NHS, and we are currently working on defining our vision for the next 10 years - setting out how digital, data and technology can transform the health and care system, improving the health of the nation and ensuring its long-term sustainability for years to come.
We are building our team to help develop this strategy. We are distilling the greatest issues society and the NHS face, identifying how digital, data and technology can best address these and working with national programme teams and our ICB colleagues to deliver meaningful, measurable change.
We are recruiting a Strategy A nalyst and the successful candidate can expect their work to be challenging, complex and extremely rewarding as well as working with some excellent people. You are a data specialist with a strong understanding of the tech and data trends that will transform all of our lives over the next 5-10 years and;
You are a self-starter, hungry for the challenge of working on something that will genuinely impact the lives of everyone living in England in the years to come.
The NHS England board have set out the top-level purpose for the new organisation to lead the NHS in England to deliver high-quality services for all, which will inform the detailed design work and we will achieve this purpose by:

Working collaboratively to ensure our healthcare workforce has the right knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to deliver accessible, compassionate care
