Description:
As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization’s needs. You analyze and help diagnose issues related to IT rollouts or upgrades in line with business needs and the functions of selected solution modules. You respond to moderately complex development and correction requests. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes and prepare the required documentation. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You share ideas. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. You draw on your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Respond to client requests for information about specialized products, which entails reviewing requests, researching solutions and making recommendations. Provide information about the policies, programs and processes in your field
- Identify and analyze client complaints, recommend solutions and follow up as needed
- Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics. Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
- Help develop and implement work processes and methods for your unit.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required.
