REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of working experience in the supply chain industry. A focus on transportation and/or sustainability will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability for quantitative analysis and modeling
- Process-oriented with excellent project management, people management and organizational skills
- Possesses process improvement skill sets
- Good understanding of basic financial concepts
- A positive and contributory attitude and strong team player
- Independent and results-oriented with good multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle and relate to large quantities of data
- Creative and able to develop novel ideas and solutions
- Good MS Office skills particularly in Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Transport Visibility and Governance, Service Logistics (SL), AP (40%):
- Drive engagement with countries to develop and deploy Proactive Delivery Management (THE VIEW), ensuring effective change management for both operations and IT teams within these countries.
- Be the governing body that manages any changes or enhancements from the country to maintain standardization across the roll-out in all countries.
- Share best practices and lessons learnt across APAC countries
- Explore cost-efficient alternatives for providing real-time monitoring and updates.
- Transport Analysis, AP (30%):
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop solutions for effective customer engagement.
- Analyse Transport Management System data to identify gaps in transport operations in APAC countries, and devise value-adding solutions.
- Develop a sustainable transport analytics module that enhances operational control and efficiency effectively.
- Go Green of Transport, AP (20%):
- Collaborate with global, regional, and country GoGreen Champions to collectively ideate, develop and roll-out solutions that are value-adding to customers (e.g. EV vehicle adoption).
- Partner with industrial players offering green transport solutions that can be effectively integrated into the Service Logistics network.
