• Ensures the efficient accomplishment of the day-to-day banking transactions of the Company.
• Processes regulatory payments, debt servicing, and payments for other financial obligations, including procurement of the needed foreign currencies ensuring accuracy of amounts and remittance on due dates.
• Provides back office services for the group ensuring documents are delivered on time to counterparties, disbursing accounts are funded, transactions are recorded in SAP CLM and TRM system, and customer receipts are issued in a timely manner.
• Ensures efficient utilization of the Company’s credit lines with banks for short-term funding requirements, opening of letters of credit (LC), standby letters of credit (SBLC) or guarantees, procurement of foreign exchange for debt servicing, settlement of open account for importations, and various cash management facilities.
• Regularly reviews procedures and policies and recommends updates to make it relevant to current market conditions.
