Analyst Treasury & Reporting, Real Estate Funds Management
The Fund Operations team is responsible providing support across several mandates in the functions of fund operations management which covers all aspects of the day to day running of the fund. The multi-national team is acting as a primary point of contact for all mandates and is therefore in close contact with asset managers, transaction tanager, portfolio management and accounting. Since our team has an important interface function, it works on the constant definition and improvement of company-wide processes.

What role will you play?

As part of this team you will support in cash, liquidity and FX management, Monitor transactions and support administration of bank accounts. Provide support investment of free or released financial resources, participate in the active liquidity management, operate the reporting and business intelligence tools environment, steer the investor reporting processes, support internal and external stakeholders in the creation of reports to regulators/ legal authorities and investors. You will also monitor guidelines and processes and adjusting those as necessary, carry out analytical activities to identify business requirements and implement them, provide third level support for applications, including working with technical teams, solving issues, routing to IT management, and providing documentation.
What you offer

  • Have of business/treasury knowledge
  • Experience with reporting systems (Workiva and Power BI), would be beneficial
  • Experience enabling you to create analysis
  • Experience in private equity, real assets and/or real estate is an advantage for this role
  • You likely be a motivated, proactive and resilient personality
  • You will have effective communication skills that enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiently speak German and English
