In this role, you will…
- Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.
- Collect and organize market and property data.
- Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.
What you’ll bring
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.
- An undergraduate degree.
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Argus is an asset.
Pursuant to the local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $39,576 year - $55,000/year
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
