SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University graduate and post-graduate with relevant experience.
• Fluent / C1 level in both English and French Italian.
• Financial background is mandatory.
• Problem solving abilities, good analytical and synthetical skills.
• Comfortable with conducting primary research (outbound research data collection).
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and having an inquisitive mind.
• Good communication skills - experience in holding presentations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially with Excel, Word and Power Point

• As part of a global team, you will be supporting top industry players across various sectors, or major professional services companies.
• Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) through secondary research using online resources (media sources, public records databases, commercial databases) as well as global proprietary databases.
• Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) through targeted primary research with industry stakeholders (outbound phone calls) and conducting interviews/consultations with subject matter experts.
• Perform basic analysis on collected data for either short term projects or larger assignments and critically analyze and evaluate the information gathered.
• Handle research in various areas, including competitive intelligence, company and industry analysis, financial indicators, macroeconomic parameters, and other data inputs in sectors like: ITC, automotive, industrial and consumer goods, energy, banking, logistics, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, etc.
• Organize findings, synthetize relevant information and prepare summaries and well - structured reports or presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Actively participate in team discussions on project specific areas, in close collaboration with more senior team members.
• Directly interact with internal and external clients, assist in building strong customer relationships.
