Description:

Relevant du directeur, Planification de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, l’Analyste, Chaîne d’approvisionnement soutient les équipes de Planification, de Logistique et de Transport en rééquilibrant les inventaires entre les entrepôts, en effectuant des analyses et en émettant des recommandations à ces même équipes. Le titulaire du poste est également responsable de la fiabilité des données, de l’analyse, de la soumission de recommandations et de l’exécution de ces stratégies.
Le titulaire du poste sera également responsable de diriger des initiatives de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et d’optimisation des inventaires. Il aura comme principal objectif de planifier selon des besoins en réapprovisionnement, et ce, de manière à équilibrer les exigences en matière de service, de gestion des stocks et d’efficacité. Il ou elle participe également dans des initiatives d’amélioration continues et de planification à moyen/long terme.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent contact with Logistics and Demand Planning.
  • Propose and execute redeployment plans with planners.
  • Work with the warehouses and follow up on shipments between warehouses.
  • Work to reduce obsolescence, transportation, and inventory costs.
  • Create STOs and adjustments for transfers between warehouses.
  • Provide various analyses required to ensure proper coordination of demand and stock availability in the various warehouses.
  • Analyze, validate, process, and interpret complex data from cross-functional partners to develop optimal solutions and strategies.
  • Use reports in Excel and Power BI to make recommendations on product allocations based on supply data.
  • Propose initiatives to the organization to remedy inventory availability discrepancies in warehouses.
  • Maintain constant contact with Planning, Logistics, and Transportation to identify and resolve inventory-related problems in the various warehouses.
  • Support decision-making and improvement of critical processes, including long-term inventory planning, coverage (WoS), and obsolescence.
  • Map and document standard operating procedures as they relate to Supply Planning.
  • Participate, document, and promote a continuous improvement mindset within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Perform all other related tasks assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
