- Documentation des Processus : Développer et maintenir une documentation détaillée des processus métiers, des normes et des procédures.
- Améliorations des Processus : Identifier, quantifier et documenter les améliorations des processus métiers pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.

- Technical Experience: 7+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role, with strong experience in Agile methodology and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java (an asset), PostgreSQL, SQL, or MySQL (3-5+ years).
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
- Data Analysis: Strong data-gathering and analysis skills to support informed decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Certifications: Agile certification and CBAP certification are assets.
