• Développement de Projet : Collaborer avec les chefs de programme et de produit pour développer les périmètres et les calendriers des projets pour les initiatives identifiées.
• Exigences Utilisateurs : Analyser et interpréter les exigences des utilisateurs, créer des user stories complètes, des cas d’utilisation et des documents d’architecture système.
• Conception & Tests : Participer activement aux activités de conception et de test, et aider aux mises en œuvre des systèmes pour assurer des résultats de projet réussis.
• Maintenance Système : Aider à maintenir et documenter les systèmes, en veillant à ce qu’ils répondent aux besoins actuels et futurs.
• Validation des Données : Effectuer des vérifications rigoureuses de la validation des données pour garantir l’intégrité et l’exactitude des données.
• Documentation des Processus : Développer et maintenir une documentation détaillée des processus métiers, des normes et des procédures.
• Améliorations des Processus : Identifier, quantifier et documenter les améliorations des processus métiers pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Documentation Utilisateur : Créer une documentation utilisateur, y compris les flux de processus, les rôles et responsabilités, et les cas d’utilisation pour soutenir les utilisateurs finaux.
• Résolution de Problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes spécifiques au système grâce à une recherche et une analyse approfondies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field.
• Technical Experience: 7+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role, with strong experience in Agile methodology and practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java (an asset), PostgreSQL, SQL, or MySQL (3-5+ years).
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
• Data Analysis: Strong data-gathering and analysis skills to support informed decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Certifications: Agile certification and CBAP certification are assets.
• Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a collaborative mindset, ready to work within Agile methodologies to achieve common goals.
