Relevant du Directeur du Centre de Finition des Appareils (CFA), l’analyste de coût sera responsable de supporter l’équipe de contrat et des ventes en consolidant les coûts de développement de personnalisation d’un point de vue ingénierie, approvisionnement et manufacturier afin de répondre aux diverses demandes d’estimés.Le Centre de Finition des Appareils est un environnement excitant et stimulant rempli de défis et d’opportunités dans lequel vous aurez la chance d’évoluer et de grandir en tant qu’individus au sein d’une équipe performante.

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Stay abreast of Sales and Contract team requests and plan the necessary work to consolidate all information regarding engineering, supply chain and manufacturing costs.
  • Work with the Configuration Manager and Design team to fully grasp what needs to be analyzed and estimated.
  • Inform the Purchasing team of requests for proposals based on the client/configuration received by the Sales and Contract team.
  • For existing customizations, export the bill of materials (BOM) requiring cost analysis from Enovia.
  • For customizations requiring engineering development, use cost analysis methods (analogous, bottom-up).
  • Consult with program representatives about upcoming projects that could affect the basic ship of various models and have a financial impact on aircraft customization.
  • Use available information sources (Wesco contract, SAP, Internet) to account for the costs per part.
  • Have the capacity to guide or question customization decisions in an effort to reduce costs.
  • Analyze and challenge current cost analysis methods and processes to improve and streamline them.
  • Have the ability to effectively manage the workload and consolidate cost information from all parties, namely from the Sales and Contract, Finance, Design, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain teams, the Configuration Manager, and the Manufacturing Support group.
  • Possess general knowledge of the various avionics and electrical systems used on aircraft.
  • Have the ability to understand 2D and 3D drawings and identify relevant information therein to support estimates.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC ou Baccalauréat dans un domaine manufacturier.
  • Plus de 5 ansd’expérience pertinente en aérospatiale.
  • Expérience technique de fabrication et / ou conception et comptabilité serait en atout.
  • Connaissance de SEER MFG/3D, Catia V6, Enovia, CAMS et Salesforce serait souhaitable.
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et autonome.
  • Bonne éthique de travail et motivation personnelle.
  • Capable de travailler sous pression et bonne gestion des priorités
  • Excellentes connaissances en francais
  • Excellentes connaissances en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • DCS or bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related discipline
  • More than 5 yearsof relevant experience in aerospace.
  • Technical experience in manufacturing and/or design and in accounting would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of SEER MFG/3D, Catia V6, Enovia, CAMS and Salesforce would be preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and strong analytical skills.
  • Good work ethic and sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities.
  • Excellent command of French is required
  • Excellent command of English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
