L’équipe Systèmes est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, de la maintenance et du dépannage de l’infrastructure technologique. Cela inclut, mais sans s’y limiter, le stockage, la réseautique, les postes de travail, le cloud, la virtualisation et le rendu. Nous investissons du temps dans la formation et le mentorat.     The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualisation and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. ESSENTIEL SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in a customer facing role.

  • Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair
  • Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)

Responsibilities:

The IT Support Analyst will be part of the Systems Support team. They are the first responders to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore North American divisions.

  • First line of support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
  • Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
  • Monitors a variety of physical and logical systems
  • Diagnose and replace hardware components
  • Responsible for managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
  • Interacting with artists on a daily basis
  • Produce and update documentation using Confluence
  • You will partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
