L’Analyste NETSUITE aura comme responsabilité principale de soutenir la migration de SAP vers NETSUITE, en assurant la mise en place et l’optimisation des processus métiers dans le nouveau système ERP. Ce rôle impliquera une collaboration étroite avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir une transition fluide, ainsi que pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’amélioration des processus après la migration.

SKILLS

• Excellentes compétences en analyse de processus d’affaires, avec la capacité de traduire les besoins en solutions techniques.
• Expérience en gestion de projet ou en collaboration étroite avec des chefs de projet dans un environnement de migration ERP.
• Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement en évolution rapide et à résoudre les défis de la migration.
• Maitrise de SuiteScript, JavaScript, C#, and XML.
• .NET programming (C#, C++, VB) avec le framework d’entité sur l’environnement de développement intégré Visual Studio
• Solide connaissance de la configuration, de la personnalisation et de l’intégration de NetSuite.
• Familiarité avec les API et les services Web pour l’intégration de systèmes.
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes système complexes et à fournir des solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience avec NETSUITE. Expérience avec SAP un atout.
• Baccalauréat en informatique, gestion, finance, ou domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE THE FOLLOWING

• Participation in the ERP migration by collaborating with the project team for the migration from SAP to NETSUITE, ensuring that all steps are well planned and executed.
• Analyze business needs and translate functional requirements into technical specifications for NETSUITE.
• Design and implement improvements to workflows and business processes in NETSUITE to maximize operational efficiency.
• Configure the new ERP according to business needs and develop custom solutions if necessary.
• Train end users in the use of the ERP and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
• Actively participate in all phases of the migration project, including planning, deployment and post-implementation.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze performance using NETSUITE reporting capabilities.
• Maintain NetSuite scripts, workflows, roles, permissions, and reports.
• Support data manipulation and transformation processes across platforms.
• Design & implement advanced HTML templates for forms, emails, and other user interfaces.

SKILLS

• Excellent business process analysis skills, with the ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management or working closely with project managers in an ERP migration environment.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and resolve migration challenges.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, C#, and XML.
• .NET programming (C#, C++, VB) with entity framework on Visual Studio integrated development environment
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with APIs and web services for system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with NETSUITE. Experience with SAP an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of French and English, oral and written.

The NETSUITE Analyst will have the main responsibility of supporting the migration from SAP to NETSUITE, by ensuring the implementation and optimization of business processes in the new ERP system. This role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition, as well as identifying and implementing process improvement solutions post-migration.
