ANALYSTE QUALITÉ - AUTOMATISATION DES POINTS DE VENTE

En tant qu’analyste de la qualité spécialisé dans la technologie des points de vente (POS), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en garantissant la fonctionnalité, la fiabilité et les performances de nos systèmes POS. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment des développeurs de logiciels, des gestionnaires de produits et de support à la clientèle, afin de maintenir les normes de qualité les plus élevées pour tous les aspects de notre technologie de point de vente.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée en matière de tests d’assurance qualité, de préférence dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou de la technologie des points de vente.
  • Expérience pratique des tests d’automatisation avec Playwright et UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
  • Solides compétences en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un grand souci du détail.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la collaboration, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies du cycle de développement des logiciels (SDLC), de préférence des méthodologies Agile.
  • Une bonne connaissance des composants matériels et des périphériques des points de vente est un atout.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance testing, preferably in the retail or POS technology industry.
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright and UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS hardware components and peripherals is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of POS software applications and hardware components.
  • Automation Testing: Design and implement automated tests using Playwright or UFT to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any issues introduced by software updates, patches, or system upgrades.
  • Usability Testing: Evaluate the user interface and overall user experience of the POS system to ensure ease of use and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Performance Testing: Measure and analyze the performance metrics of the POS system under various conditions, including peak usage periods, to identify and address potential bottlenecks or performance issues.
  • Defect Management: Document, track, and prioritize defects and issues identified during testing using defect tracking tools and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Compliance Testing: Ensure that the POS system complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate testing results, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the POS technology.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices with team members to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
