KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience running chromatography and spectroscopy related instruments (HPLC/LC-MS/GC/UV-VIS/IR) with excellent technical proficiency
- Familiarity with test methods including ACS, USP/NF, EP,BP, JP, FCC strongly preferred.
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail, including problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team with self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive demeanor
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and follow relevant instructions
- Process Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives to identify improvements and cost savings to the business.
