• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytical chemistry / chemical engineering / laboratory instrumentation / process or a similar field. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within laboratory work using GC / GC-MS / LC-MS, preferably within oil & gas, and / or water analysis.
• Experience with development and improvement of analytical methods within gas and liquid chromatography (e.g. Agilent, Thermo).
• Experience / knowledge of quality systems (ASTM, ISO).
• High focus on safety and risk management.
• Good collaboration skills with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
