The Analytics and Insights Specialist role is responsible for the delivery of reporting, analysis and insight to achieve WNZL’s commercial objectives.

  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets in order to realize the value of data to support the objectives of the Business.
  • Leverage and evolve technical skills to interrogate the data.
  • Tell the story using data visualization using the appropriate tool.
  • Build and leverage domain knowledge of WNZL products and processes, covering our everyday banking products.
  • Has as high level of attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outputs.
  • Collaborate and work as one team to help achieve the desired goals.
  • Act as a business partner to provide value by understanding the needs of our internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate and explain insights to non-technical audiences

  • Experience in data driven analytical roles
  • Ideally you will have experience in financial industry
  • Experience in SQL, SAS, and analysis experience
  • 5+ years experience in banking analytical role
