Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Analytics Associate Director to join our amazing data team at Digitas.
You will be a key player in an established agile team that leads and delivers the UK and Ireland Customer Engagement and CRM scopes with one of Publicis Groupe’s biggest global accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to navigate a client’s internal silos as well work within an agency environment. Has a track record of working collaboratively with technology, strategy & creative teams
  • Can demonstrate value of data driven programmes to stakeholders not from a data background
  • Experience in managing performance marketing teams across acquisition, in-life & retention programmes
  • Expertise in CRM, and onsite KPIs, ways of working
  • Track record of extracting insights from data & using them to tell compelling stories to senior decision-makers
  • Awareness of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data Engineering
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and to understand how different elements, teams and activities fit together to make clear strategic recommendations to clients
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, distribute tasks, manage priorities and ensure quality delivery on time
  • Leadership and significant people management experience of driving teams to deliver great work, stay motivated and enjoy their job
