This role is a perfect if you’re already working in a data analyst environment and want to widen your professional growth. Though an understanding of Local Government analytics needs is preferable, this is not essential.
You will be specifically working with all levels of the organisation including our senior managers’ team. So, you will need to be confident and focussed, collecting requirements, designing and building business intelligent solutions to meet the needs of the programme.

What you will be doing:
Reporting and dashboarding to create data visualisations and predictive analytics, we use Power BI and Alteryx.
Collaborating on reporting data, identifying, and solving problems and develop a whole systems approach.
Facilitating data extraction with external agencies, using data to map ‘as is’ processes, identify opportunities to improve and map the ‘to be’ processes to support programme improvement.
You will be:
Highly experienced in the use of technology and have experience of using related software, including Power BI, ETL tools (ideally Alteryx) SQL, Excel.
Confident and articulate, adapting your approach to suit your audience.
Passionate about data analytics.
Focussed on the detail and delivering the required products and results.
An excellent communicator, creative and adaptive in your approach.
Creative and proactive, contributing towards changes and seeking improvements.
Focussed on the detail, with excellent analytical skill.
