Responsibilities:
As an Analytics Engineer at BRG you’ll play a pivotal role in leveraging our source data to drive insights and inform strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to design, develop and maintain robust data and analytics models. Your expertise in data manipulation and modelling will be essential to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and data analysts to understand data requirements and sources
- Designing and implementing data pipelines to acquire, clean, and integrate diverse datasets from various sources
- Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics initiatives and business reporting needs
- Optimise query performance and data processing workflows to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency through data governance and quality assurance practices
- Collaborating with data engineering to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of data pipelines and infrastructure
- Documenting data processes, methodologies, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain data integrity
- Providing guidance and support to other team members and contribute to the development of best practices
