As the main analytics engineer at LANCH, you will take full ownership of our entire data stack, from extraction and loading to transformation and analysis. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, significantly influencing both operational and strategic decisions. Our tech-centric approach at LANCH will provide you with the opportunity to engage with a wide array of cutting-edge technologies.

Your main tasks include:

• Lead strategic data analytics projects, facilitating decision making of C-level management
• Ownership of the data pipeline/lifecycle (from data loading to generating business insights)
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports that are effective in helping stakeholders monitor key performance indicators and easily make decisions
• Build tables and models in dbt that allow less technical users to self-serve and carry out their own reporting and analytics
• Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc data questions and requests
