Salary: circa £65,000 depending on experience
Location: Canary Wharf
WFH policy: Employees are required to attend the office 2 days/week

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- A good first degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, data science, or engineering is essential or experience in an equivalent role.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, product management, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience in prioritising and managing competing priorities and resources across multiple workflows.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including developers, subject matter experts, and business units.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with government bodies and external partners.
- Ability to balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines to meet critical deadlines.
- Proven experience in leading requirements gathering and discovery sessions, translating them into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and making decisions under tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing operational delivery in sectors such as energy, technology, or similar industries is desirable.
- Agile or project management certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are desirable.
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Analytics Process Manager is a senior contributor role reporting to the Head of Analytics. This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic prioritisation and delivery of LCCC’s forecasting models, ensuring that model development aligns with business priorities and meets critical deadlines. The role focuses on facilitating collaboration with other business teams, external stakeholders, and internal developers, ensuring the operational success of various forecasting models that support both current and upcoming LCCC schemes (e.g. CfD, RAB, Hydrogen, CCUS).
This role is critical to ensuring smooth processes and the achievement of operational targets. The successful candidate will be a skilled project and delivery manager with a deep understanding of agile methodologies, road mapping, and effective cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will also have a keen interest in data science, AI, stochastic modelling, and reporting, with a strong passion for leveraging analytical techniques and working closely with technical developers to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and develop relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. DESNZ), ensuring clear communication on progress, timelines, and model delivery.
- Facilitate resource allocation and prioritisation across multiple forecasting models (ELFO, RAB, Hydrogen, etc.), ensuring deadlines are met using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Support the team in balancing development complexity, quality, and timelines to deliver high-quality forecasting models within deadline.
- Facilitate discussions and requirements gathering for new policies and schemes, ensuring accurate incorporation into forecasting models.
- Align upcoming forecasting activities with internal teams and product managers, ensuring collaboration and best practice integration from agile teams across the business.
- Coordinate and oversee team KPI reporting, including conducting in-depth analysis of team metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
