Description:
We have the opportunity for an Analytics Product Lead to join our Actuarial Analytics department on a 12-month fixed-term contract here at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and will have responsibility to help drive the development and execution of the Pricing Analytics Team’s strategy to ensuring that Analytics Products are developed with a focus on user centricity.

Responsibilities:
- Working with the team on design and implementation (from concept to completion) of user centered solutions for analytics products such as (not an exhaustive list):
- Pricing models
- Portfolio Optimization Platform (incl. Property, Aviation, etc)
- Segmentation outputs
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Actuarial Analytics, Exposure Management Team, Underwriting, IT, software developers, etc to understand user needs and requirements for Analytics Products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity product designs to effectively communicate design concepts, analytical insights and solutions.
- Advocate for thoughtful user centered design principles and best practices within the Pricing Analytics team.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback and analytics data to inform analytics product enhancements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Maintain a strong focus on execution of our plans and continue to deliver incremental value to the business.
The successful candidate will have experience with Figma or similar design applications and will have prior experience in the insurance industry. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner; curious, analytical and someone who loves problem solving. You will have the ability effectively communicate with experts from different backgrounds and build strong stakeholder relationships
