Description:
You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and work closely with the Head of Project Management Office Middle East in Riyadh. You will also experience working closely with the best analytics resources in the region, including BI consultants, developers, graphics designers and more to deliver best-in-class solutions to our tier 1 customers in KSA and beyond. Your previous analytics technical development experience as well as Project Management responsibilities within a consultancy environment will help you succeed and grow your career!
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology field of study.
- Experience working on or leading BI projects/services in the Gulf region.
- ITIL or PMP certification is of great value
- Ideal experience includes at least 4 years in a progressive Business Intelligence career.
- A proven track record for project initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing on projects (with references).
- A clear understanding of Business Intelligence solutions, licensing and architecture.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and relating with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
Responsibilities:
- Manage project/service lifecycle for multiple new projects in MENA region and create complete project plans and schedules using MS Project.
- Work closely with Sales team to manage accounts and support with new business development initiatives.
- Work closely with our customers to understand their problems, deliver quality solutions, and ensure that customer satisfaction remains high; stakeholder management at C levels.
- Follow Project Management Institute methodology as well as internal Clariba PM process to ensure detailed tracking and communication of project progress from a task, time, schedule, and cost perspective.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans enabling intelligent decision making by all stakeholders.
- Identify risks and dependencies; escalate them to the Head of PMO if required.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project finances, expenditures, and resources are correctly monitored and always forecasted.
- Utilize policies, procedures, and business plan to make decisions in the best interest of Clariba.
- Oversee technical consultants in Qatar and Middle East customer projects
