This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the team at Beauty Pie as an Anaplan Model Builder with experience in implementing full end-to-end projects, along with hands-on experience of Anaplan both functionally and technically in a scaling business environment.
Reporting into the Head of Systems and dotted line to the Demand Planning Lead, you will work closely with both the Demand, Supply, Inventory, Operations, Data and Finance teams to gain requirements, define scope, delivery, testing and deliver an iterative implementation of Anaplan to support critical business processes including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in a ‘test and learn’ business environment.
After the successful implementation and go live of the tool, you will continuously improve Anaplan to add value and maximize return on investment. Through collaboration with our internal teams on an ongoing basis, the role will focus on ensuring we are exploiting, amending, continuously developing and deepening our use of the Anaplan tool as our business scales and becomes more complex.

• Anaplan Level 1, 2 & 3 certifications (solution architect) with strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling with an ability to configure & maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other settings.
• Expert skills of Microsoft / Google Suite in modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas & charts. Solid experience of successful Anaplan implementations across a number of projects, familiarity with Anaplan Agile methodology or ‘the Anaplan way’ a benefit
• Subject matter expertise in typical Supply Chain & Operations use cases and ability to translate current ways of working into effective and efficient Anaplan models.
• Excellent understanding of data integration architecture across different tools and systems
• Developing functional specs as well as test plans & tested scenarios using OUM methodology
• Developing solution roadmaps, user stories and articulating business cases to stakeholders
• Requirements definition, design, systems integration, interface design & implementation
• Team collaboration to implement in the best possible way against a challenging timeline.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment and with a lot of ambiguity and change.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to continuously improve through ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strategic thinking of best solution and forward thinking of how BP could use Anaplan as a tool
