JOB DESCRIPTION

(U) Responsibilities include the

• design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, operation, and or documentation of computer programs and systems;
• creation, modification or ability to enhance software to interface with or manipulate data from a database;
• Develop user-friendly application interfaces;
• Optimization of application and code performance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to success

(U) The position shall require

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or a computer related degree field.
• At least 4 years of experience developing software applications for enterprise network systems.
• Working knowledge of C#, C++, Java, Android, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Android Studio.
• At least 2 years of experience with C# or C++.
• At least 2 years of experience in the design of applications for mobile devices.
• At least 2years of experience in integrating data streams for digital data producing electronic devices into database software applications.
• A least 2 years of experience in creating web· based applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in creating User Interface Applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in the implementation and use of bug tracking and software configuration management tools.
• Demonstrable and robust experience in established software evaluation and testing.
